Jennifer El Khoury
Lawyer, LLB (Hons), GDLP
dedicated to zealously advocating for our client’s rights and determining solutions to their legal problems in creative, effective and practical ways
Jennifer is a lawyer practicing in our specialised practice areas of Family Law, Immigration Law and Nuisance Law. Jennifer completed her law degree and graduated with first class honours in November 2018. She was later admitted into practice as a legal practitioner in November 2019 after completion of her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
Jennifer is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Migration Law which she is set to complete in November 2020 and will be obtaining her Migration Agent Registration Authority shortly. We are excited to have lawyers on our team who are also migration agents.
Outside of legal practice, Jennifer enjoys reading, travelling and exploring Melbourne. She also enjoys involving herself within her Lebanese community and its activities. Jennifer’s ties within the migrant community in Australia is strong due to her migrant family members and friends. Having known the efforts it took to migrate to Australia, as well as the suffering migrants have endured in doing so in the past, it is her passion to make the process for immigrants as smooth as possible, whilst incorporating the procedures and principles of our legal system and its processes.
Jennifer has a passion to assist those affected by humanitarian issues, unfair outcomes and human rights, and it is her empathy and strong-will which see her going above and beyond for our clients.
