THE PRINCIPAL
Rochelle Castro specialises in strata, construction, commercial and property litigation and complex transactions.

Rochelle Castro experience includes 14 years working in boutique to mid-tier firms in Victoria, Western Australia and New South Wales. Those appointments includes complex litigation, advisory and transactions for various stakeholders in the strata, construction, commercial and property industries where she assumed the role of Lawyer and now Principal Lawyer.

Rochelle Castro holds a Juris Doctor degree and is currently completing her Masters in Construction Law and is a trainer and speaker in the strata industry and committee member in various groups in the Law Institute of Victoria. She is also featured in various magazines and national newspapers that are available online where she speaks about the areas that she specialises such as strata, property and commercial matters. Her previous career as a university lecturer strengthens her ability to communicate not only to her clients but also to various industries’ stakeholders during training and speaking engagements.
She is effective, resourceful and clear as a legal advocate and advisor. Rochelle Castro understands that her clients must be given value when they seek her legal services and such value includes educating them about their best legal options.

Peter Kotsovolos
Peter has more than 20 years experience in senior corporate commercial roles encompassing an ability to manage risk minimising decisions relating to commercial administrative matters. With his expertise, Peter achieves efficiencies for his clients with careful planning in delivery of documents, including the development of an array of construction, supply and consultancy agreements.
Peter is a front and back end construction lawyer and provides advice across an entire project lifecycle from structuring a tender process, preparing and negotiating contract documentation, contract administration advice and supporting clients to manage and resolve any disputes. Not only does he thoroughly provide the optimum legal advice to his clients which is most important; he understands that need for today's lawyer to wear many different hats, eg. project manager, salesperson, mentor, customer service, work health and safety, technology and finance skilled.

Also, Peter has working knowledge in areas of law encompassing Commercial Litigation, Property, Competition & Anti- competitive behaviour, Energy, Resource & Infrastructure, Planning & Environment and Debt Collection.
Priya Nair
Before taking up Juris Doctor in 2019, she initially served as a legal and governance officer of The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust for 5 years. Eventually, she rose up to be a legal and governance advisor until present. She also stands as a trust member of Kilmore Public Cemetery.
While pursuing Juris Doctor in Deakin University School of Law, RC & Co Lawyers became one of the legal firms where she successfully did her internship.
Now that Priya is a lawyer of RC & CO Lawyers, she will focus on general legal matters, legal research, and client relations.
