Peter has more than 20 years experience in senior corporate commercial roles encompassing an ability to manage risk minimising decisions relating to commercial administrative matters. With his expertise, Peter achieves efficiencies for his clients with careful planning in delivery of documents, including the development of an array of construction, supply and consultancy agreements.
Peter is a front and back end construction lawyer and provides advice across an entire project lifecycle from structuring a tender process, preparing and negotiating contract documentation, contract administration advice and supporting clients to manage and resolve any disputes. Not only does he thoroughly provide the optimum legal advice to his clients which is most important; he understands that need for today's lawyer to have knowledge on project management, procurement, sales, customer service, work health and safety, technology, finance and mentoring.
Also, Peter has working knowledge in areas of law encompassing Commercial Litigation; Property; Competition & Anti- competitive Behaviour; Energy, Resource & Infrastructure; Planning & Environment and Debt Collection.
Peter has Bachelor of Business and Juris Doctor (Monash University) degrees and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
